Start your new year with following healthy suggestions.
1- Make a list of the medicines you are taking!
Make a list of all the medications you consume. In this list, in addition to prescription drugs, include OTC drugs (non-prescription), such as anti-pains that are sometimes taken, and even add nutritional supplements and vitamins that you are taking.
In this year, ask your doctor or pharmacist about the side effects of these medicines. And also be sure that they do not interfere with each other. Check the expiry dates of your medicines, too.
2- Sleep more!
In this year, let’s achieve the goals with sufficient sleep. An adult human being needs 7 to 8 hours of sleep at night. Try to change your sleeping habits in this year to help you get these hours. Sleep earlier at night and omit coffee and alcohol before bedtime. Keep your bedroom dark and quiet. If you have trouble in sleeping for more than 2 weeks, see a doctor.
3-Choos healthy foods!
At the time of buying food, pay attention to the labels. Make sure that these products are organic and original. Learn how to cook healthy and good foods. Try to know how to store and keep the foods in the freezer and refrigerator. You will have a healthy body with healthy foods.
4- Threw your old cosmetics away!
You may think that cosmetics are harmless as they are just applied on your skins, but you are wrong. Expired cosmetics can cause eye infections and skin irritations such as hives and allergic reactions. So threw away the old things and make sure their container is clean.
5- Have a routine exercise in your program.
Exercise increases your body’s health and appetite. Many diseases, such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes, will be prevented by exercise. So choose a routine plan for this year and do it.
