In new research about the effect of high intensity resistant training on bone mineral density and physical function’s improvement in post-menopausal women interesting findings were gathered.

30 minutes high intensity resistant training twice a week in post-menopausal women with low BMD increased bone mineral density, improved physical function and decrease fractures with side effects.
